Project Management: Supervised all aspects of the permitting for exploration and mine

development. This included advising on and reviewing state permits, federal plans of operations and

NEPA documents. Attended and represented the company at all meetings with environmental

contractors, Nevada Department of Environmental Protection and federal Bureau of Land

Management. Prepared and submitted short and long range budgets for review by the board of

directors. Lead in the negotiation and acceptance of various drilling and mining contracts dealing with

the project. Conducted tours for investors and performed due diligent audits involving companies

interested in the Fire Creek Project.

Geologic Logging: Completed detailed lithological and geotechnical logs of surface diamond drill

core and reverse circulation drill cuttings.

Geological Cross Sections: Compiled data from surface mapping, underground mapping, reverse

circulation drilling and core drilling to produce geological cross sections of suspected mineralized

areas and property wide geologic sections.

Planned Underground Exploration Program: Worked with mining contractors and modeling

consultants to plan the underground decline and drilling project. This included the development of a

3D model, placement of drilling stations, planned drill hole locations and orientation.

Senior Geologist

April 2004-March 2007 (full time)

Geologist

February 1990-August 1999 (full time)

May 2000-December 2000 (temporary)

March 2002-July 2003 (temporary)

Reconnaissance Mapping: Collected field data and prepared reconnaissance maps in the

exploration areas. The map data consisted of outcrop identification and location, along with strike

and dip where needed, contact location, major and minor structures. These were compiled along

with existing reports, maps and air photos to construct geological maps of the areas under study.

These were then analyzed to locate targets of possible mineralization.

Detailed Mapping: Collected and interpreted field data for maps of known mineralized areas at

1:1200 and 1:2400 scales. The map data consisted of outcrop identification and location along

with strikes and dips of bedding, contact location determined from outcrop, subcrop and float

chips, major and minor structures and geochemical samples. These were complied along with

existing maps, drill hole logs and blast hole assays to compile bench maps of the different ore

bodies.

Pit Mapping: Collected and interpreted data for the preparation of 1:480 scale pit maps. This

data consisted of contact locations of different stratigraphic units, major and minor structures and

geochemical samples from the working faces and high walls of the pit. These are being used

along with drill hole logs and blast hole assays to compile bench maps of the different ore bodies.

Ore Reserve Modeling: Completed an updated geologic and ore reserve model for the Target and

Terry Zone and Terry Zone North areas at the Marigold mine site.

Geological Cross Sections: Compiled data from surface mapping, underground mapping, reverse

circulation drilling and core drilling to produce geological cross sections of suspected mineralized

areas and property wide geologic sections.

Geologic Logging: Completed detailed lithological and geotechnical logs of diamond drill core and

reverse circulation drill cuttings.

Geochemical Sampling: Collected soil and rock samples for geochemical analysis. The trace element

data obtained from these samples was plotted on maps and along with other data used to target new

exploration areas

operation and maintenance of chromatography and maintaining other monitoring equipment on

drilling rigs for the economic evaluation of oil and gas wells and to prevent blowouts and other drilling

problems.
