Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.-Union City, TN September 2000 – July 2011
G3, Press and Maintenance Manager (2007 to 2011) Directed manufacturing operations, plant
production, quality control, cost containment, safety and supply chain operations within a plant with
over 2000 employees and directly supervising about 75. Analyzed and streamlined processes in order to
improve productivity while ensuring on-time delivery and continued process improvement across
multiple areas
Performed statistical and operational analysis in order to identify trends, increase output and
optimize quality; complied with OSHA and EPA standards
