• Project Description: The project was to know about the training methods used in

banking sector, and effect of that training on employees. It was also to make comparison

between private and public sector banks training methodologies, and finally suggest the

ways and means for making training more effective.

• Project Description: This project was about to make a conceptual study of employee

downsizing, what are the various causes for downsizing of employees, impact of

downsizing on employees morale, and to study as how employee downsizing, retention

and commitment strategies are inter-related.
