Manager Maintenance

I'm Currently Employed with J.P. Donmoyer inc.Ono Pa.Starting May 2001.Eleven years as Director of maintenance with four location three with maintenance.During that time lowered the operating cost over 8 cents per mile,CSA 2010 score under 30 and developed a MPG Program including a pressure sensitive Throttle position sensor along with a spreed sheet of ECM data for driver feedback.

I'm a Team Builder,Hands on Teacher/Manager,Developed a safety check system for DOT,Tire programs,Vendor Commitments and a Road Breakdown program. Using Word and Excel designed both a Visual and easy to follow PM Program and Federal Inspection for both Power Units and Trailers.

I hold a Class A CDL,Pa State Inspection ASE,ABS,Collision Avoidance Systems,Eaton Auto Shift Transmission,Haldex Roll Stability,Air conditioning and Electronic Engine Diagnostics.Other areas of experience are Accident Reconstruction for both Tractor and Trailers.Additional Information including References and work history are available.
