. Electromechanical Design

Responsible for the design and complete manufacturing drawings

of instrument enclosures, PCB's, close tolerance opto-mechanical devices,

. Responsibilities

At Newmar Power I was responsible for packaging design and

documentation of ruggedized power conversion equipment. At Leach

International I designed and produced complete documentation of avionics

enclosures for a new private jet aircraft. While at Laser Precision I

designed enclosures and various close tolerance opto-mechanical parts for

a new industrial analytical instrument. At VR Systems I designed and

produced the sheet metal documentation for various stationary engine

enclosures.

. Computer Aided Design and Drafting, 2D & 3D

I have designed and documented a wide variety of electromechanical

equipment using both manual and CAD methods. I am proficient in

AutoCAD and Mechanical Desktop, having used AutoCAD for about 24 years

and Mechanical Desktop for the last 13 years. Based on manufacturing

requirements, I optimize your designs using these CAD tools. I am

proficient with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). I own a

license for Autodesk Inventor / Mechanical Desktop / AutoCAD.

. Project Management and System Design

I designed and sold over fifty mobile radio-telephone systems while at

TEC International, providing custom solutions to special interconnection

requirements. I was responsible for sales, design, documentation and

continued technical support for these systems.
