Spacelab activities between the European Space Agency (ESA) member

personnel skills, technical and repair procedures, training, manufacturing
and support capabilities, production schedules, supply and programmatic
operations. Successfully planned and implemented a 10-year spare program
for the Spacelab project in conjunction with ESA. Developed an excellent
