started with an equipment manufacturer and made a decision early in my
career to get out into the field and learn more. This meant gaining
experience with all aspects of the composites industry. It was very
important to understand all aspects of the production process in order to
be a better manager and salesperson. The coordination with owners of
companies, Purchasing Agents, Plant Managers, Production Managers,
production personal, and support staff required excellent communication
skills, both verbal and written.
In the capacity of a Manger or as a salesman, demands were placed from many
directions that necessitated setting priorities for myself, employees under
