I have over 20 years Customer Service experience in retail, warehousing and administration.

My duties over this time include dealing with customers’ enquiries via telephone, email and

face to face contact, compiling reports and handling confidential data. Whilst employed by

Vaultex UK I also performed duties as a Fire Warden. I’m willing to learn new skills and

undertake any training necessary.

My duties involved accepting and processing information from inbound calls and forwarding

the data to the relevant departments. I was employed from 26th November to 28th December

2012.

As Team Leader my duties mainly comprised of organizing and supervising a staff of twelve

operatives on the shop floor, sending out and accepting goods on warehouse bays, check

I’ve successfully completed Edexcel level 1 Workskills and Customer Management where I

worked on: communication skills, questioning techniques, negotiation skills, self motivation

as well as presentation skills. During my period of unemployment from 1993 to 1998, I had a

voluntary role in monitoring primary school children during swimming lessons.
