Analyzing the data collected. Hallo test, psychometric test are used to know the

interviewee's capability. Preparing the questionnaire for the employees to know the type

of the interview they prefer. Preparing the PIE charts based on the questionnaires filled

by the employees. Comparing and analyzing the results with the past records and

documenting the results.

B.TECH Project details:

Southern Online Biotechnologies Ltd as a Support Engineer

Duration: 6 Months

Project Description Southern Online is an ISP providing broadband Internet services to

business customers and consumers. The project involves a working on complaints logged

by the customers and tries to find solutions and responding through email. This project

has two phases to it. Building a solution database for any future similar problems . And

solving the current problem the customer is reporting. I have been responsible for

searching the database of solutions for the current problem and relaying the solution to

the customer through email. For new problems, articulate the problem and store it into the

database, after approving by the project lead.
