of roles for sub-teams within the Technology stream over 6 months. This resource need

coordinating new team member orientation, managing dynamic resource forecasts,

u nderstanding the skills of all team members and applying that understanding to the

demands of the program.

• Vendor management – successfully managed the relationships of 5 vendors which

i ncluded coordinating contracts and invoice processing, screening candidates and

managing the sourcing pipeline. Participated in management status meetings to report

p ipeline needs, level –set role requirements, and success rates.

• Skills and performance management – maintained and managed the team member
