. Developed and validated LC-MS/MS methods to analyze the
prostaglandins metabolites from equine plasma samples as
biomarkers of illegal use of glucocorticoids.
. Identification of testosterone and methyl prednisolone
metabolites in equine S-9 cellular fraction, Liver
microsomes and urine with LC-MS/MS. (Ion trap and Thermo
Exactive).
. Develop a LC-MS/MS method to identification and
quantification of proteins from equine plasma by using
proteomic approach.

. Developed LC-MS/MS methods to identify and to detect novel
8-oxo deoxyguanosine and heptenone etheno deoxyguanosine
adducts from biological samples (DNA and Urine) as

preparation methods for 8-oxo-deoxyguanosine in cells and
