Hello, my name is Kathy Lolly. I am writing to to you today to apply for the opening in your marketing department. I am a life long resident of Citrus County with over 19 years experience in long term skilled healthcare and 3 years as the marketing director in a skilled nursing facility. I have been successful as staffing / scheduling coordinator, bringing down the number of calls off and overtime down by 41% combined, as well as increasing the number of in service hours attended per quarter, by staff. Worked as budget coder and purchasing director for central supplies, all within the same large medical facility.

I am currently employed as the Central Florida marketing representative for a large wholesale specialty food company for the past 7 years. I am the creator of their web site as well as, I publish our company's news letter in the efforts of marketing to restaurants, country clubs, and healthcare center and hospital dinning services. I am seeking a position with your company as my current position no longer feeds my soul or challenges my mind and offers no incentives or benefits. I prefer public sector marketing opposed to the private sector marketing, I find it to be more personally rewarding to me. However I have a successful track record in both. I consistently rate at the top of my company sales team on both weekly sales, as well as new customer accounts.

I also currently work limited part-time as a marketing liaison for J.Hill Pedorthics and Custom Orthotics in Ocala promoting the diabetic shoe bill to doctor offices, nursing facilities, and healthcare trade shows. I accepted the job mostly just to stay current in the medical field, as I very much enjoy the interaction with in the healthcare community. I am looking to replace both positions with a single marketing position.

with the intent of a degree in the future. As I am entering a chapter of my life, my children are grown up and I'm ready for some growth of my own.
