For the past nine years, I have worked at Boral Roofing, formerly known as MonierLifeTile, a manufacturing

facility located in Henderson, NV. The last two years, I served as the Plant Manager. I have extensive training

in Lean Manufacturing and its implementation.

Before being promoted to Plant Manager, I held positions of Assistant Plant Manager and Maintenance

Manager, and also oversaw the quality and environmental departments and cost reduction projects.

Using my past experience in the construction field, I held the position of Project Manager for several Capital

Projects, always coming in under budget and on time.
