Responsibilities include:

* Maintain the operation of such equipment as exchangers, reactors, phase separators, reboilers,

distillation columns, accumulators, and pumps.

* Regulate various levels, flows, and pressures on equipment to keep product within quality

specifications.

* Report defects and recommend improvements, alterations, and repairs via SAP or SHARE.

Responsible for inspection of out-sourced and in-house construction projects to insure it meets the IP's

high standards for quality and workmanship to the owners and management's satisfaction, including

summarization of punch lists and reporting to same management throughout the construction process.

Consult & coordinate with in-house management and technicians to remedy ongoing ?maintenance &

repair? issues including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, metal repair & fabrication, interior &

exterior coatings, and flooring.

Work extensively with the I.T. Department to run data cable for countless computer & phone stations.

Responsible for assigning projects to the best qualified shops and employees according to the nature and

priority of that given project, as well as documenting work progress.

Lead several meetings per week to discuss ongoing projects and keep communication open to avoid any

potential for lack of productivity, including safety issues, material lead times, and manpower
