Manufacturer of building products for residential and commercial use. Managed HR functions at two facilities (275 employees). Member of the plant senior management team, with reporting responsibilities to the corporate office in the US.

• Participated as a key team member in the reorganization and restructure of the organization. Dealt with sensitive employee relations issues such as terminations, harassment complaints and corrective action, treating everyone with respect and dignity.
