• Participated as a key team member in the reorganization and restructure of the organization. Dealt with sensitive employee relations issues such as terminations, harassment complaints and corrective action, treating everyone with respect and dignity.

• Implemented weekly executive and staff meetings and created newsletter to update employees on Company reorganization/structuring, as well as communicating organization’s vision and objectives.
