Initially joined as warehouse Manager in group company BMTS and changed the concept of warehousing by reducing the

inventory from 46 million to 18 million in two years. Changed the concept of purchase ordering from order against LOI /

potential expectation to purchase ordering against the firm customer orders (back to back). Reformed the complete

material master and standardized ordering, follow up and economic freighting of the inland goods. Placed strict checks

and balances, ensuring right and accurate physical inventory, storage and on time & in full delivery. Minimized

transportation cost of collection & distribution.

Established the entire new setup of on line custom clearance under MIRSAL-2, with CDR accounts and DP World post paid

accounts and are enjoying the status of an organization with error free transactions in last two years.

Headed and managed HR & Admin as an additional responsibility successfully for couple of years and standardized major

processes in HR & Admin. Initiated the salary transfer through WPS system before the dead line. Best negotiated the
