. Ensure the final Commissioning phase and start up Operations of the

onshore process trains are conducted in safe and effective manner

. Commissioning of Artificial lift oil wells using ESP, water and gas

. Preparing in conjunction with Start-Up Team and Onshore Commissioning

Team, the start up sequence for process plant.

hand over both for interim and final Operations.

. RasGas is world Class company in Qatar having Sour Gas, LNG,LPG, ethane,

Propane, butane, pentane and Isopentane production, I worked as a Shift

Supervisor for Sour gas treatment, liquid and dry Sulphur handling .

Plant has 1570 MMSCFD capacity and consists on the following unit. I

involve in commissioning of following Units of the plant.

. Responsibilities:

. Operation of gas processing, LPG and sales gas plant including

demethanizer, de-ethanizer, depropanizer, debutanizer, depantanizer and

deisopentanizer

. Lead the team responsible for safe and smooth startup of Sulphur

recovery unit

. Issues and maintains the project operations schedule

. Lead the team for Sulphur recovery unit start up.

. Preparation of daily Commissioning report.

. Good Control on Foxboro I / A 8.3 distributive Control System and

Triconix TMR Process emergency shut down system.

. Supervised the refractory dry out activities of Reaction furnace

and Sour gas incinerator.

. Reviews and understands contract documents, specifications and

drawings of operation under supervision.

. Carryout Loop function test and logic test for newly installed

control system.

. Plan and Carry out activities for QATARIZATION which includes OJT

schedules for National Operators and trainees.

. Bhit Gas Field Plant produces 270 MMscfd Natural Gas for its client

SSGCL using the state of the art technology Cryogenic process for

removal of 18 % Nitrogen in raw Gas. The main processing Plant is

configured as 2x50% identical Trains having design capacity of 135

MMscfd each. I involve in commissioning of the plant. Plant consists

on the following units.

. Plant control is designed by ABB ADVANT -OCS-450 & AC-800 M.

. Plant consists of following units.

. LPG and gas processing plant

. Rolls Royce Gas Turbines for Power Generation. (03turbines each 27

MW)

. Gas Production wells.

. Inlet Separation & Heating.

. DEA, Gas sweetening unit for CO2 removal.

. Gas Dehydration (Molecular Sieve) unit provided by ISG (ITALY).

. Sales Gas Centrifugal Compressors (Man Turbo).
