Experience Summary
I have close to 5 Years of rich experience in Power System Analysis and
Testing of Power system equipment, Protection relays (IEDs) Design and
Development of Schemes through Power system analysis.
I have the experience of working with prestigious clients like SAIL, Aditya
Birla & Jindal to provide solutions for critical problems they faced using
power system analysis tools like MiPower, Etap.
Having practical experience of Electrical Testing of IEDs (Siprotec, Areva,
ABB relays including those used for Generator, Transformer, Motor, Feeder
Protection) using Omicron's Universal Test Module.
Electrical Testing of 250 MW Generators, Exciter & Automatic Voltage
Regulator, Power Transformers up to 315 MVA level.
Goal:
To move into Power System Consultancy Business, working with different
streams of projects to provide the required solutions to clients using my
good analysis and practical skills.

Description Total plant SLD preparation according to data
collected at site and verified by M/s. JSL's
engineer. Detailed enquiry of main problem
faced by M/s. JSL for frequent tripping of
relay inside plant.

As a part of Electrical Testing Team, I am looking into the following areas

> Planning and Managing Annual Overhauling Testing works.
> Carrying scheduled testing of Electrical Protection Relays (Generator
Protection Relays, Feeder Protection, Bus Protection, Motor
Protection etc.),
> Carrying out In-Depth testing of Protection Relays, Power Transformers
(upto 315 MVA), Rectifier Transformers, Bus Reactor, Automatic Voltage
Regulator, Generator, HT/LT Motors, and Calibration of Measuring
Equipments.
> Responsible for allotment of work to the resources and maintaining the
stock of equipment spares in priority basis.
Achievements at Jindal Power
> As SAP Core Team Member, worked with Accenture's SAP team and
successfully implemented SAP including Preventive Maintenance and Relay
Testing module.
> Prepared Relay Test Bench's concept at Jindal Power and executed the
same successfully.
> Designed Line Trip to Unit Trip scheme and implemented the same.
> Revised the Relay Co-ordination in the entire plant network.
> Modification of protection logic for Bus Change-over Scheme and
implemented the scheme at BOP area.
> Created Protection Logic for Tripping of 6.6 kV motors from Bus PT
relay's output.
