Key Responsibilities:

> 2G Network Optimization based on KPIs.

> Monitored network Quality of Service (QoS), SDCCH drop & TCH drop,

Downlink Quality (DLQ), Uplink Quality (ULQ), HOSR, CSSR, TCH

Assignment Rate, TCH HO Rate and match them as per customer threshold.

> Monitor the 2G KPI's on daily basis and give my recommendation to

customer for improving coverage and KPI's of the sites

prediction.

> Calculating the Link Budget/EIRP table and designing of the schematic

diagram for IBS solutions and deciding the cable routing and backbone

designing.

> Interaction with client for their requirement regarding site design to

achieve the client goals.

> Check DAS, Spillage, Spillage rectification and Subscriber's

Complaints rectification.

> Improve Implemented design for removing coverage hole on Sites.

> Generating As-Built Report (Power Budget, BOQ, Cable Marking,

Schematic diagram, Coverage performance plot) & Optimization Reports

for final submission.

> Attend customer complain and trouble ticket related to coverage and

quality to maintain customer satisfaction.

> Benchmarking drive test between top operators, comparison study,

logical and physical parameter tuning solution for poor quality

patches.

> Also worked as an IBS/DAS Project Engineer and my sole responsibility

was giving proper coordination by guiding my team and serve customer

for all the projects.

> In Building Solution (IBS) -Site survey for installation of micro BTS

in potential customer's premises and walk test and post optimization.

> Implementation of Distribution Antenna System of ETISALAT with client

Complaints from Given area and coordinating with Planning Team to plan

additional Antenna in Indoor site and new sites to provide full

coverage in subject area.

> Proposing solution for GSM performance improvement by parameter

setting adjustments, including power control parameters, hand over

control parameters.

> Proposing height reduction of antennas based on interference matrix

generated from Optimizer.

> Done RF SURVEY.
