PROJECT DETAILS

Project 1: Metric Edge BI for ITSM

Description:

This was a product that targets the ITSM Database for report generation.

It involves various ITSM modules like Service Request Management, Change

Management, Asset Management, Service Level Management etc. BMC Analytics

comes bundled with pre-configured Reports and Dashboards created with

Crystal Reports and Business Objects. The objective is to migrate the

Transactional database into star and snowflake schema and use the OBI

Platform as the reporting platform for BMC Remedy Suite.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Understand the Data Model build for Change, Service Desk and SLM modules.

Build the Data Model according to the requirements of the reports.

Involved in building the mappings and workflows to populate the target

warehouse.

Created multiple transformations required for the mappings.

Unit testing for the target tables showing correct results.

Project 2: Resource Management System

Description:

The Resource Management System (RMS) developed for the HR Department and
