Provide best care for different ambulatory and non-ambulatory clients by

cooking / preparing nutritional food ; scheduling doctors' appointments and

taking them to the doctors office ; hospitals, parks ; ordering

prescriptions from the pharmacy, carefully administer medications /

vitamins following the dosage on time, maintaining their personal hygiene

which some procedures are sponge and bed bathing ; assist them in using

mobility and breathing equipment ; assist draining fluid through a catheter

device ; occasionally giving enema to promote bowel movement ; checking

clients' medical condition by measuring temperature, pulse, respiratory and

blood pressure ; and assist in performing daily exercises and monitoring

their daily activities; up-keeping the cleanliness of the apartment /

house; doing the marketing and other daily chores according to the

individual's needs.
