Full accountability for NCPI operations reporting to member manufacturers

for vitrified clay products. Responsible for national market positioning,

technical and educational material preparation. Instrumental in research

and development for new techniques related to installation and manufacture

of vitrified clay pipe. Seminar speaker, trainer and provider of technical

training, materials and resources to municipalities, engineering firms, and

contractors. Contributing editor for ASTM standards relating to vitrified

clay pipe.

- Managed ISO 14001 compliant life cycle analysis process to obtain

independent, third party SMaRT

certification for the sustainability of clay products.

- Provided forensic assistance to parties involved in problematic

installations.

- Preserved existing markets and opened four additional to the use of

VCP products.

- Editorial oversight of all industry technical papers, public relations

and marketing communication materials.

- Responsible for maintenance and application of standards governing the

manufacture, installation and testing

of vitrified clay pipe.

Responsible for all plant operations and scheduling. Streamlined

manufacturing operation and improving process flow resulting in

Managed all OSHA, EPA and DNR compliance efforts and related employee

- Performed all employee reviews and developed job performance metrics.

Control of polyurethane foam formulations and batching process used in the

manufacture of urethane components. Products included rigid foam

components for office furniture, motorcycle seating and numerous other

products. Responsible for all environmental reporting and compliance

efforts, hazardous waste disposal practices and related employee training.

- Evaluated new raw materials to improve product quality.

- Performed all new product prototyping and scale-up activities in

manufacturing.

- Improved process controls to increase precision of batching operation

- Monitored quality control data to optimize production output.

process improvement and formulation development.

- Installed, optimized and performed production scale up of reaction

injection molding machine and press.

- Designed and built a wax reclamation system to allow reprocessing of

pattern wax and reduce costs.

- Designed, built and monitored performance of a chemical delivery

system for aggressive materials used in the

production of LCD panels.

- Established program and created compliance materials to meet OSHA

chemical safety regulations including

Right to Know compliance.

- Co-inventor dual density foam seat manufacturing process, US Patent

Number 4,755,411, July 5, 1988.
