Project 1: Healthcare Reimbursement Call Center Application:

The Reimbursement application provides end-to-end serving along the patient life cycle.

Management and Communication of Specific pharmaceutical coverage, General payer policy

information, Patient specific status, Claim filing, billing and collection. Reimbursement services will be

done on Patient level, Physician level and Manufacturer level. ROAR consists of different services

like Manage Patient, Manage Policy Holder, Manage Payer, Manage Admin, Manage Prescriber,

Prior Authorization, Insurance verification, Alternate funding, Intake service, CASE

management, Manage Drug Codes, Escalation, Contact management etc. ROAR will have a

different workflow and different business rules for each client with different program level
