BE Project

Project Title: - Artificial oxygen tree

Team Size : - 5

Oxygen tree is a revolutionary urban lighting concept that represents a perfect symbiosis

between pioneering design and cutting-edge eco-compatible technology. Solar Tree opens up

new prospects for urban lighting in that it satisfies today’s most pressing environmental, social,

cultural and aesthetic demands. The ability to combine innovative design with advanced

technology, along with an acute sensitivity to environmental concerns with the less space used of

ground. To drive the system battery or power system is underground.

This oxygen Tree is the successful combination of the most advanced technology and the

aesthetic requirements of the urban environment by way of renewable energy. The artificial tree

will be design which converts day light into electricity using solar modules connected as leaf on

tree for electrolysis process of waste water into oxygen & hydrogen. Oxygen will be released to

air and hydrogen can be used to fuel vehicles of future. As well as LED lights connected on tree

leaf will radiate light in night time acting as a street light.

Diploma Projects

Project Title: - Pc based automatic thread cutting machine.

Team size : - 5

The thread cutting machine, a working model of its kind developed for threading of metal

bars (internal as well as external threading) such as high carbon steels, copper bars, and

aluminum bars etc.

The process of thread cutting is fully automatic the operations are controlled on PC. The

program is written in C- programming language. The process is controlled through

electronic circuit. Lead of thread is fed as input to program, which controls steps of stepper

motor. The stepper motor rotates according to the given input (Lead). The work piece is fed

through a die of required pitch. After the thread cutting operation motor can be reversed. A

solenoid valve plays an important role in project. It is used to control the coolant. After

completion of all the operation, the motor will automatically switched off.

The most important advantage is that the reduction in time for starting the production. Also

it has high productivity, high accuracy, reduction in manpower, and reduction in

operational fatigue.
