PROFILE

I am a spirit-filled ordained minister who was first ordained by God in

1992; then was ordained by man in 2004, and then ordained by my home church

(BNC). I possess qualities that can only come from God and from nowhere

else.

. Three out of the five fold gifts

. Leadership: able to motivate and instruct others, assertive, and self-

motivated.

. Management: Team player, problem-solver, sets goals and strives to

achieve them, resourceful, technologically knowledgeable.

. Communication: gifted as a communicator of the Word, an active

listener, a Shepherd who leads but also is a servant to the people of

the church; that is what leadership is all about: serving together or

working together as a team.

with a DVD of our home church's previous service. When technical

difficulties do arise, I will actually preach a message to the residents.

down but will be replaced in a few months. Currently, I am on KDWY (The

Living the Christ-Filled Life to the Fullest.

2008 - 2009 The Grove First Baptist Church Western

Grove, AR

Assistant to the Pastor: Greeted those who came through the doors of the

church, Ministered to those who were living in a nursing home by having an

actual service once a month, visited the sick at in the local hospital, and

resumed the role of Pastor when the pastor and his wife were out of town.

The church was over an hour away, which made it difficult to always be

there for each service because of the lack of fuel for our vehicle. This

was also a non-paid position and was never made official; more less I was

being mentored by the Pastor and also by a retired Pastor who was a member

of the church.

2006 - 2008 Brand New Church Bergman, AR

Volunteer in Media/Cameraman : Assisted with helping in the media

department at BNC. Two to three days a week I would go to the church and

print DVD discs and burn & copy the discs as well. A few times, I had

posted the lyrics and the bible verses on the screens. When not doing these

things, I would operate one of the video camera's and record the church

services.

2006 - 2008 Wal-Mart Harrison, AR

Grocery ICS/ Cashier/Assembler/Tire & Lube: I held four different positions

during my time with the store. As a cashier, I took customer's money and

bagged their items. As a Grocery ICS, I dry groceries on the shelves and

helped unload the trucks. As an assembler, I mainly assembled bicycles and

then hung them up in the bicycle dept. In Tire & Lube, I first worked on

detailing, then moved up to tire totations and tire changes.

2005 Holy Ground Coffeehouse Springfield, IL

Volunteer: I swept and mopped the floors, cleaned the bathrooms, and

vacuumed the carpets. I also assisted with the sound board and lighting

some for different artists who came to the coffeehouse sharing the love of

Christ through song. I also helped the bands get set up on stage and also

helped them break down the equipment and get loaded back up so they could

either go home or head to their next scheduled appearance.

2002 - 2003 MCC Drama Ministry Manhattan, KS

Minister: I was one of several college students that year who ministered by

performing drama skits that delivered the gospel message of Jesus Christ.

2001 - 2002 Get Hot for God Manhattan, KS

Ministry Assistant: This was a ministry in which its focus was putting

together and holding lock-ins for church youth groups across the country. I

assisted others putting together activities that the teenagers would enjoy

doing. For the first part of my involvement, I was in charge of the

ministry's newsletter until I had computer problems and then someone else

had to take over the newsletter.

2001 HIS Touch Ministries Hutchinson, KS

Ministry Pastor: This was a ministry that the Lord had planted in my heart.

Originally I had no idea that it was going to take place in the chat rooms

by using the Yahoo Instant messenger. I did not know that was going to

consist of ministering on the internet by opening a chat room each night in

which this ministry saw many people either come to Christ for the first

time or rededicated their lives to Christ. Much worship, praying, and even

healings took place. This was truly a God thing because of the way it all

came to fruition. Along with all of the positive things came several

negatives such as Satanists coming into the rooms heckling the people in

the chat rooms and trying to take over the ministry room (chat room)

sometimes several nights in a row.

1995 Abundant Life Community Church Hutchinson, KS

Ministry Intern/Member of the worship team/Mission Worker/Usher: I was in

my third year as a member of the church and the year 1995 was a very busy

year in which I had seen God use me in various ways. That Summer I was

accepted as an intern at the church along with three others in which we put

together a door knocker event that was focused on members of the church

getting together and splitting off into groups in order to cover the whole

city by hanging door knockers on people's front doors. These door knockers

had the plan of salvation written on them along with an invitation to the

church. In July of that same year, I was part of a two week mission trip

that consisted of a group, along with the Pastor, ministering through Drama

and pantomime in Guadalajara, Mexico. Also during that year I was part of

the worship team for a few months. On Sunday mornings and Sunday evenings,

I was also part of the Usher ministry in which I greeted people and

assisted the Pastor when he was praying over people; I did this for about

six to eight months. My job made it hard for me to participate at the end.

It was hard doing all of this and working a full time job elsewhere.

1993 - 1994 Abundant life Community church

Hutchinson, KS

Drama minister: I had just turned 21, working as a CNA and taking part in

the church drama ministry at the church. I had only been a part of that

church for about four months at the time.

1992 Assembly of God Sour Lake, TX

Youth Pastor: This was my first ministry position and even though it was

only for a short time, I really enjoyed it. Because it was a non-paid

position, I needed regular employment and there were hardly any jobs

available, because there were only a few businesses to begin with. Sour

Lake only had close to 1,700 people or so. The Pastor also left around this

time because he had gotten discouraged by the low number of attendance.
