FIMO is a Product usable by all MFI's (Micro Finance

Institutions) exclusively designed and developed for Management of

Information for Micro Finance Institutions. The MFI is viewed in a six

level hierarchy as Head Office (MFI), Branch, Village, Center, Group,

Members (Members are grouped into Member Groups). The MFI has members who

maintain accounts with the MFI. The members deal with their accounts for

their savings and also for obtaining loans. The FIMO deals with maintaining

of information with regard to all members, their savings and their various

account transactions with the MFI along with other attributes such as

insurance done by MFI for members or their loans.

The information management deals with the Management of each

Hierarchy Information, Management of Member Information, Management of

Loans and Transactions. The Financial Accounting System deals with the

accounts of the user and the accounts that prevail in the society as a

whole. Along with information management and financial accounting systems,

various reports are also generated for information viewing and also for

bookkeeping.

their partners. Some entry screens to enter the details of the partner

information, partner funds sanctioned, funds disbursement, and targets

assigning for their partners, and backup and restore process of database,

user creation and access level privileges are the sub modules in this

application.
