Real Studio
Technical Writer/Documentation Manager
Real Studio is a cross-platform object-oriented integrated development
environment that runs on all desktop platforms. In the last few years, Real
Studio introduced an IDE for Web apps, the Real Studio Web Edition, a full-
featured IDE that develops web applications. I also did the documentation
for this product. The cornerstone of both documentation sets is the API
reference. The Developer's Guide, the Tutorial, and Quickstart supplement
it. I wrote most of the documentation, worked with the staff of engineers,
and handled the production for each release in pdf and print forms. I also
generated the online help files and supervised the localization by the
international distributors. The latter is intended for beginners and the
former presents the major language features by concept. At Real Studio, I
had the following responsibilities:

quickstart/tutorial.
. Wrote code examples and example applications.
. Authored or edited classroom training materials.
