organization. Main point of contact for contract issues,

landlord problems, permits and cost structures; including

facility operational needs by directing the activities

of staff support personnel. Designated, sourced, scheduled and

supervised capital improvements and

preventive maintenance services.

* Exceeded $800,000 in operational cost savings over the past 5

years despite increased overhead, material,

transportation and leasing costs.

* Contracted, directed and supervised major facility repairs

after 2008 major ice storm caused severe damage and

electrical fire from electrical phasing. Over $100,000.00 of

damage and repairs performed by 4 contractors and

over 30 service employees working around the clock. Facility

returned to 90% service in 4 business days.

* Initiated a capital lighting improvement for the headquarters

location which achieved a 3.85 year ROI and

captured over $10,000 a year in electrical costs savings.

* Minimized aging infrastructure costs, including emergency

call repairs, by directing proactive preventive

maintenance services; resulting in improved, extended 3 - 7

years, life-cycle expectancies.

* Integral member of an organizational team facilitating the

logistics, equipment, vendor services and materials

for annual conventions, approximately 1000 delegates, at U.S.

and Canadian locations.

* Negotiated, directed and supervised multiple contractors

facilitating, 1st in the capital-region, an expedited

construction schedule of a 9-11 memorial for deceased
