supervised capital improvements and

* Exceeded $800,000 in operational cost savings over the past 5

after 2008 major ice storm caused severe damage and

* Initiated a capital lighting improvement for the headquarters

call repairs, by directing proactive preventive

years, life-cycle expectancies.
