Presently working with M/S Reliance Industries Ltd at Hazira

manufacturing Division. as Senior Manager production in PTA -3 .

Looked after PTA-3 project of Invista technology having capacity of 700

KTA.. & was responsible for commissioning of one complete section of the

plant. DCS procurement, Graphics development, FAT system. i.e. factory

approval test system, Pneumatic conveying system,

Process stream erection pre-commission, water trial including PSUSR etc.

Successfully commissioned PTA-3 plant in July 2006.

MANAGER : January 2002 - February 2005 :

Worked as a Manger production in PTA plant having capacity of 350 KTA.

Same has been commissioned in November 1997.and I was responsible for plant

operation includes safety, quality, production optimization, cost cutting,

trouble shooting, emergency operation, safe shut-down start up etc. in

shifts independently. In addition to that I was looking after BSC safety

system, 5'S system, ISO 9001-2000 activity.

PANEL SUPERTINDENT: 1995 -JANUARY 2002:

I have joined as panel superintendent in M/S Reliance Industries Ltd in Aug

1995. I have commissioned two PTA plants located at Hazira opposite to each

other having capacity of 350 KTA each. I was involved in pre-commissioning

activity, commissioning activity of both the plants.DCS ( ABB )

installation, loop checking, interlock checking etc. PTA-1 was commissioned

in January 1996 and PTA-2 was commissioned in November 1997. Both are of

ICI technology. I have attended training on DCS operation at Patalganga

Mumbai.

As a Panel superintendent I was responsible for DCS operation, safe start

up, shut down, emergency actions, trouble shooting, quality of product,

production optimization etc.

Senior Process engineer: SEP 1989- Aug 1995:

I have worked as senior process engineer in M/S Polychem ltd Nira dist Pune

since 1989 to Aug 1995 in Vinyl Acetate plant having capacity of 25000

TPA. The plant is of Buyer technology. The process of Vinyl Acetate is

oxidation of ethylene, Acetic acid vapors. As a senior process engineer I

was responsible for plant operation which was pneumatic base control

system. Production optimization, quality, safety, emergencies, trouble

shooting, material dispatch etc.

product, standard preparations, utility samples etc.
