Objective:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Responsible for:-

1. raw materials & finished goods products analysis related to chemicals,

diffeent protein products by chemical means, instrumentation through a well

qualified analyst team.

2.manganese, magnesium, calcium, zinc, copper,iron(Fe-11&Fe-111), Nickel

in different miscellaneous sample and also do analysis of laboratory

reagents according to USP, I.P,

Carry out sample and analysis of totel nitrogen, lod, totel ash,

sulphated ash, alpha amino nitrogen, clarity, ph, acidity, bulk density,

protein content,totel chloride value, solubility, cholic acid in bile

paste.

3.Analysis of all parameters like silica, cao, aluminium oxide, iron oxide,

mgo, insoluble residue, loss on ignition, sulphuric anhydride, chloride,

sodium, potassium by IS 4032 IN different categories of cement( like opc-33

grade, opc-43 grade, opc-53 grade, white cement, slag cement, ppc, fly ash

etc and reactive silica in flyash a/c to IS-3812(P-1):2003 that should be

minimum 20% in flyash based sample. Also testing of white cement a/c to IS-

8042:1989, testing of Portland slag cement a/c to IS-455-1989, ppc flyashed

based a/c to IS-1489(p-1),ppc calcined based a/c to IS-1489(p-2).

4.Analysis of all parameter in steel like sulphur, phosphorus, carbon,

manganese, copper, nickel, iron etc.

5.Analysis of all parameter in admixture like chloride, DMC, PH, Specific

Gravity, Total Ash.

6.Analysis of parameter in concrete core by BS-4551(p-2)1998 like ratio of

cement:coarse aggregate:fine aggregate & in mortar sample ratio of cement &

sand.

7.Determination of alkali reactivity test in coarse aggregate and fine

aggregate sample using ASTM- C-289(1994) in which the parameters

calculated are dissolved silica(Sc) and reduction in alkalinity(Rc).

8.Analysis of different parameter in ROHS Sample like lead,Cadmium,

mercury, hexavalent chromium by alkaline digestion method, PBBs & PBDEs by

GC-MASS

9.Analysis of different parameter in hard core chemical & Reagent by

Appropriate method & by making method development.

10.Analysis of mercury in complex polymeric material by wet digestion

method &analysis of lead, cadmium in polymeric complex by Dry Ashing

method.

11. Making all the report of tested sample.

12.Testing of different parameter in HCL, H2O2, Phosphoric acid.

13.purity analysis, acidity, chloride analysis, free bromine, sulphite,

nitrate, sulphate, phosphate,fluoride, bromide, non volatile matter,

residue on ignition, ammonium compound, cyanide by titrimetric method,

specific gravity & heavy metal &trace metal in different chemical reagent

&solvent.

14.determination of calcium & magnesium in water deposits(sediment).

15. structure identification of unknown material by using FT-IR making

kbr Pellets.

16.Have ability to maintain the job responsibility and to distribute the

job work to Analyst.

17.Determiation of free formaldehyde, total formaldehyde, free amine,

reducing sugar in cosmetic product.

18.Determination of calcium and magnesium as Ca in Salts.

19. Determination of turbidity, conductivity, cyanide, TDS, & other

parameters in water analysis.

20. Determination of anionic surfactant & other parameters in different

detergent sample a/c to ISO-2271.

21. Identification test of sugar and different solid cosmetic product and

polymeric product by FT-IR using Kbr pellets.

22. purity analysis of 6-methyl coumarin, veratraldehyde, zingerone,

resorcinol dimethyl ether(RDME), thiomenthone, etc by GC-FID.

23. Have done the project of dow chemical & have given my self developed

method to process engineer of Dow chemical(Tony Reidler) Who had visited my

AES LABS.

24.I have done the project of ITC LTD related with different cosmetic

product.

25. I have a good experience in wet analysis by chemical process as well as

instrumental analysis by XRF for lime sample such as hydrated lime, quick

lime,limestone,dolostone lumplime, dololime, and different other raw

material which is used for this purpose in lime plant at alkhobar in Saudia

Arabia. Also knowledge of reactivity test or T-60 test, CO2 test and

sieving analysis test of different raw material and cooked material by

using different sieve size.

26.Experience of handling of man power for laboratory work and other work

related with plant.

27.Experience of sample preparation for XRF by my assistant and also by

himself.

28. Experience of group meeting with M.D,Operation manager, G.M,and other
