Lead Teller
• Manage teller line in a high-volume, multi-teller environment
• Help train tellers to identify sales opportunities. Teller line received award for most customer deposit account
referrals.
• Handle transactions over individual teller limits within authority
• Schedule teller staffs and teller workflow and ensure high-quality customer service
•

05/08-08/08 Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, TN
Research Assistant (Internship)
• Selected to provide research support to scientists studying poisoning of membranes among sulfur
compounds. Specific duties included the following:
• Performed library research, constructed a review of literature and summarized for principal investigator
scientists.
• Developed hypotheses to be tested in the experiment – The study of poisoning membrane by sulfur
compounds.
• Modeled the poisoning mechanism of Pd-membranes by H2S in order to design ways to prevent or
mitigate the process. Sulfur traces reduce hydrogen flux. Membrane functionality can be reversed if the
sulfur source is withdrawn. Higher sulfur concentrations produce irreversible flux reductions.
• Presented a model for sulfur poisoning in Pd membranes and derived equations.
• Gathered data using randomized computer code to implement the model.
•Executed quality controls to ensure validity of results successfully reproduce experimental observations.
• Wrote summary reports: Abstract & final report submitted to the DOE Scientific Journal and are under
review for publication.
08/07-05/08 Prairie View A&M University/Texas A&M System, Prairie View, TX
Senior Project Design, Research Assistant
• Designed & implemented a project named Gas Gauge, using the program Laboratory Virtual
Instrumentation Engineering Workbench (LabVIEW) and NI ELVIS.
