I have over twelve years of relevant experience in the user experience field. I have worked closely with stakeholders,

technical leads, marketing managers, and developers to provide user centered designs for numerous high profile websites,

software applications, and mobile applications. I’m proficient in creating information architecture diagrams, user workflows,

Clinical User Interface Analyst

As the UI analyst for NEXTGEN I was tasked to modernize and create user-friendly interfaces for NEXTGEN Ambulatory EHR. Our

goals were to compliment workflow and make for the best possible user experience. I defined and developed new user interface

standards, patterns, and design practices. Work closely with development managers and other stakeholders to determine user

interface needs.

Developed mock-ups, prototypes and solicited feedback from focus groups. Collaborated with doctors, business analysts, and

software developers to ensure prototypes can be efficiently implemented. Also mentored developers with regards to UI standards

and practices. Participated in user interface testing with clients. Also developed illustrations and iconography for parts of the

application.

As the UX Designer for the City of Philadelphia I was responsible for the overall user experience and information

architecture of Phila.Gov including their subsidiary agency sites. Working with our business analysis, content managers, and

developers I strived to create the most intuitive user experience possible. Usability testing was part of my duties to measure

our success moving forward.

Daily responsibilities include adhering to branding elements and themes as they are defined in our style guideline. Analyzing

web analytics and defining requirements for target resolutions, browser types, and versions. Developing wireframes for web

page flows, page layouts, and reusable widgets. Creating prototypes with CSS and HTML for implementation in

development. Analyzing metrics for design improvement. Bringing the user experience to the forefront of the development

I was responsible for the Information Architecture and the development of the User Experience for all software applications.

I was also responsible for front-end analysis and implementation of ANSS ‘s military based software. I collaborated closely

with backend developers, project managers, and stakeholders to produce the best possible software. I reported directly to

the internal and external stakeholders and was responsible for creating and conducting usability analysis, help

documentation, and wireframe development. I was also responsible for the building of prototypes in the forms of paper

prototyping and html/css prototyping. I continued to keep hands on with such things as front end coding, graphic design,
