I returned to American Labor Pool, Inc., to help them get their sales
portion of their company back on the right path. While I was at American
Labor Pool, Inc., I implemented sales quotas, weekly sales forecasting,
contact management tools, and constant sales training to all personnel. I
helped the company as a whole diversify into other avenues of business and
open a Health and Home Care entity. I also helped with all aspects of their
certified payroll, small claims, bonds, and certain aspects of their human
resources. I learned a lot about developing sales teams, implementing sales
tools, and was introduced to the Health and Home Care arena.

Labor Finders of Southern California is a franchise under the umbrella of
Labor Finders International, they do specialty staffing across the country.
I helped run the current 22 offices in Southern California, managing the
day-to-day operations of the current 60 plus employees. The main purpose of
my job is to make people work beyond what they think their potentials are.
Since I've been with Labor Finders, I have helped open up 17 additional
offices, and have increased their revenue by over 60 million dollars. While
at Labor Finders I've acquired additional training in sales forecasting,
working with budgets, finalizing leases, and working with PNL statements.

General Manager 1997 - 2002
American Labor Pool, Inc. is a staffing service that generates millions
dollars in sales per office, per year. As the General Manager, I supervised
all seven offices that are located all throughout California. Aside from
reducing operational costs, I was responsible for staffing all offices,
training all employees, matching all numbers, helping with the sales and
marketing, as well as other tasks to keep the daily operations of each
individual office running at its fullest potential. Throughout this job I
acquired knowledge in sales, customer service, staffing, accounts payable,
accounts receivable, payroll, scheduling, and managing of multiple business
units.

Area Manager 1993 - 1997
As the manager of Endless Summer Surf Shops, I was responsible for the
daily operations of two retail shops. I oversaw a small staff of retail
individuals and made sure that they were keeping up with their job duties.
While working at Endless Summer I gained knowledge in advertising,
purchasing, inventory, deposits, accounts payable, accounts receivable,
payroll, scheduling, sales, and public relations.
