US Army Corp of
Engineers LPV III Levee Project, New Orleans,
Louisiana. A joint venture between Archer
Western and Alberici Constructors, a
$350 million hurricane levee project.
Responsibilities included daily scheduling
and overseeing of all earthwork heavy
equipment as well as import/onsite and on/off-
road trucking operations. Other duties included
supervising six (6) Foreman and functioning as
a member of the Safety
Committee. Overall responsibilities were
making sure the project was run safely,
efficiently, completed
timely while providing good communications
between partners and owners to ensure a
project everyone is proud of.
2003 - 2010 TJ Lambrecht
Construction, Euless, Texas/Project

Highway 287 Bypass
Project, Midlothian, Texas; George Bush
Highway Expansion Project, Dallas, Texas.
130 State Highway Toll
Project, Austin, Texas. A joint venture between
TJ Lambrecht Construction and Balfour Beatty
Inc. and Fluor Daniel Construction, a $1.4
billion 49-mile project in Segments 2, 3 and 4.
HIghway 530 Corridor
Project, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Limits Highway
212 to Steep Bank Creek, a $12.5 million 9-
mile project.
Responsibilities (above
projects) included supervising 20 - 65
employees and approximately seven (7)
Foreman, scheduling and
cost control for materials, operations of on/off-
road truck hauls, scrapers excavation/fill,
tractors, pans and various support equipment,
grade checking and GPS systems, as well as
directing Safety
Programs and Sub-contractors. In addition, the
above projects required my communication
and directions from project managers along
with owner contract obligations making sure
projects were done in the
most time efficient and quality controlled
manner.
2000 - 2003 Morrison Knutson-
Kiewit Constructors, Denver,
Colorado/Project Earthworks
Superintendent
Joint venture between
Washington Group International, Inc. and Kiewit
Western Company, E-470 Public Highway
Project, a $250 million 12-mile project in
Brighton, Colorado. Responsibilities included
supervising
approximately 50 employees and approximately
5 Foreman, operations of legal haul, Holland
Loader, scrapers and all
heavy earthen excavation/fill operations,
scheduling and cost control of mentioned
operations. Other duties included ensuring
strong safety and quality control measures were
conducted.
1992 - 2000 Ames Construction,
Denver, Colorado/Project General Foreman,
Grade Foreman and Grade Checker
Burlington Northern
Railroad, York, Nebraska. A $12 million
railroad bed project. As general foreman
responsibilities included
supervision of approximately 25 employees,
work scheduling, cost control, public relations,
safety and quality control programs.
Denver International
Airport, Denver, Colorado. A $4.8 billion
project. (At the time, the largest construction
job in the world.)
California Aqua Project,
Paso Robles, California. A $225 million
pipeline and pumping stations project.
Arapahoe Crossing
Shopping Mall, Parker, Colorado.
Grade foreman responsibilities (last three
projects mentioned above) included checking
grade, supervising approximately 25-35
employees in scraper cut/fill, onsite and off-road
trucking and support equipment operations.
