Mr. Cornell Jones,

I came across an advert you had placed online it seems like it was done

back in October of 2012 for a Bioenvironmental Engineer with the Air

National Guard.

I was particularly curious as to the requirements of the age. Your ad

stated *" BIOENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER positions are available locally and

nationwide. You must be a U.S. Citizen under the age of 47 and in excellent

physical health."*

I have been trying to find out what regulation/authority stipulates the age

factor because I have asked several people and I can't seem to get a

specific answer to the question of where it is written that the age cut off

is 47. I myself have been searching for that particular information

because I am interested in the BEE, however I am not in the state where you

posted this ad.

If you could help me out with that information I would greatly appreciate

it.
