Tasking included the management, oversight and successful implementation of Procure to Pay
(SAP solution) for corporate restructuring of all legacy systems to streamline and provide
relational and historical supply chain management data requirements into one system.
My individual and team lead efforts included extensive travel and long hours which
warranted my receiving an “Outstanding Contribution Achievement Award”.

Successfully managed a multi-functional team of 20+ flex employees in the Supply Chain
Organization to include shipping, receiving, production control, procurement and related
systems oversight/ administration. Employees were located in various states across the
USA which presented a unique and challenging opportunity for team based synergy. My
implementation of cross functional team structure allowed for continued government and
internal audit success by providing the ability of team members to retrieve required
documentation for any given location from any given location without interruption or
inconvenience of downtime to the auditors.

Materials management technical lead which encompassed collection, dissemination, training and
implementation of all technical based activity related to proposal support as well as
communication status to internal and external management for data calls and ad hoc
reports requirements.
08/1970 – 09/1994
Logistics Support/ Materials Management IBM, Boulder, CO – Manassas, VA
Machine operator – initial position was as a tinning machine operator in the computer chip
process which led to Chip Lab and the photo repeater operator which is the first step in
chip manufacturing.
1973 – 1979: Production Control supervision for the newly formed IBM Federal
Division; oversight of inventory management, production control and production
coordination.
1979 – 1981: Production oversight of new personal computer line in Boca
Raton, FL. Upon completion of successful production line set-up returned to
Manassas, VA assigned to the Government Spares and Repairs Program Office;
primary tasking integration for Navy Ship Parts Control Center. Successfully
developed and implemented a metrics related database which provided an
understanding of delivery of spares/ repairs to and from the Navy Supply System.
I was awarded an Outstanding Achievement Award for this accomplishment and
promoted to supervision in the Program Office (1981 – 1987) to support database
requirements and ad hoc government/customer specifics .
11 – 1987: Transferred to Boulder, CO in support of the Logistics Support Group
subsequently supporting the transition of Logistics and Supply Chain
Management Organizations through the IBM Federal Systems Division sell to
Loral and subsequent merge with Lockheed Martin.
