Contracted to Lyondell / Equistar Pipeline Company, Dixie Chemical, and META Petroleum to manage

maintenance and capital engineering construction projects. Determined scope, schedule, budget, and risk

analysis of projects. Developed AFE for project funding. Created RFQ for bid package and completed bid
