Work profile in Bahrain & Saudi Arabia:

Double bottom tank: Ballast line: 12” pipe to 6” from aft to forward (forepeak area) 120 mts line was dismantled and fabricated and erected in the area (port & stbd side).

Pump room: Sea water line: 16”dia from strainer fabricated the line and done erecting. Most of the works done in the pump rooms only.

Engine room: Generator cooling line: 6” pipe, removed the pipes and kept in target in workshop and fabricated the pipes and done erecting.

In the pump room : for strainer 20” to 12” inlet and outlet, took the measurements and prefabricated the strainer and erected accurately in position.(without target)

In yard maintenance for DRY DOCK in the pump house prefabricated 36” Miter elbow 5 cut, Lateral tee and unequal tee 36” to 20” to pump the water from the dock.

In yard maintenance for Floating Dock 2 &3 fabricated a line from 8” to 4” drop lines for compressor line (Blasting and Painting purpose)

In Saudi Arabia worked for Air Conditioning System Project for KING KHALID HOSPITAL (KING SAUD UNIVERSITY) Riyadh.

Working on 48” to 28” dia. Fabrication of “Unequal Tee” branches of 48” to 28”, 48” to 24”, 48” to 30”,48” to 20”, 48” to 18”, 48” to 16”,28” to 20”.etc…,

Fabrication of 32” offset, Elbow support 28” to 10”, 32” to 12” (Trunnion support)

Can fabricate Miter Elbow and Lateral Tee any degree.
