Duties

• Supervise 50 employees which included 9 department managers.

• Operations which included all repairs and projects.

million dollar budget.

Duties

Office and Accounting of a $1.3 million dollar budget.

Maintenance of all common areas in 4 – 6 story buildings & clubhouse.

Landscape – supervised the upkeep of all landscape which was handled in house.

Projects

The following projects were completed with a great team, Board of Directors and me.

Renovation and replacement of 4 elevator banks.

Concrete restoration of all 4 6 story buildings and clubhouse. This included the replacement of

125 patios and painting of all structures.

Asphalt overlay of all parking lots.

Replacement of stairs to beach.

Replaced roof of clubhouse and renovated swimming pool.

Reconstruction of office to make it twice the size for Board Members.

Reinforced concrete seawall with 50,000 pounds of boulders to prevent collapse after the first 2

hurricanes.

Remodeled all three meeting rooms and clubhouse.
