Mr. Richardson has over 38 years in design/ construction with 28 years supervisory/ management
experience. Design management experience includes ExxonMobil Ethylene Plant, Manabi
Process Plant, Monticello Nuclear plant, RPCI Research Hospital, Shaw Environmental, and
several large fast track commercial projects ($100M to $650M). The last 20 years include
Scheduling Manager, Senior Project Controls, Owner's Representative, Independent Consultant,
Scheduling Lead, District Scheduler/ Project Engineer; with 9 years Beta Testing for Primavera
Software, and 3 years guest lecturer to Mankato State's Degreed Construction Management
Program. Project experience ranges from Process/ Petrochemical Plants, Nuclear & Coal Fired
Power Plants, Wastewater Plants, Gas and Liquid Process systems construction, to Research
Hospitals and Malls and Airports. Other qualifications include creating computer applications for
project information & project control systems, estimates, computerized pay requests, cash flow
tracking & billing tracking/ prompter, change order pricing & negotiation, legal claims and
