• Salary negotiation.
• Getting the Signed Documents like Non-Compete Agreement in case of 3 rd party, Pre-
Interview Agreement etc.
• Checking references of the consultant.
• Fine tuning the consultant’s resume into more presentable format.
• Submitting the consultant’s resume along with the rate and other details to the Sales
guy/Client.
• The role ends with the offer being accepted and consultant starting on the project.
• If the consultant turns out to be a mismatch to the position on-hand, saving his details for
future references.
• Requesting the consultants for details of their colleagues, friends who are looking out for
projects.
