Testing Soils and recording conditions for moisture and density with a

Nuclear Density Gauge. Testing concrete at job sites for temperature, PSI

and air content and recording results. Monitoring of pier drilling, pile

driving and rebar and strand placement.

Senior CAD Technician 2006 - 2009

CPH Engineering, Dallas, TX.

Prepare engineering construction sets, Exhibits, Concept Plans using Auto

CAD 2009. Created Plan & Profile Paving drawings. Research information for

feasibility studies. Photographed construction sites, as-built, and

completed projects. Also calculated material take offs, and estimates.

Prepare engineering construction sets, Exhibits, Concept Plans using Auto

CAD Release 14/Auto CAD 2004. Create Plan & Profile Storm/ Sanitary Sewer

drawings.

Coordinated with TxDot and other firms on various projects. Created Plats

and Survey Exhibits. Photographed completed projects for web site. I

represented my Winkelmann & Associates at preconstruction meetings with

city, contractor and client. I communicated with municipalities, clients

and contractors through email, phone and fax.

Revised engineering drawings. Created lot surveys and as-built drawings by

manual board drafting. Also worked with survey field crews when needed.

Drafting Technician 1989 - 1992

Larry Smith Engineering, Plano, TX

Created post tension foundation plans. With final plans I would include a

material take off that included steel cables, rebar, chairs and cubic yards

of concrete.

Performed pre pour inspections of post tension foundations. This consisted

of insuring proper depth of beams, required location of strands and rebar,

and proper use of chairs.
