Coca-Cola Refreshments, which was formerly known as Coca-Cola
Enterprises (CCE) is the world's largest bottler and distributor of
Coca-Cola products.
Teradata Development team which comprises of 11 developers managed
by a client Project Manager. As a part of the team I have been
involved in requirement gathering, design, development, and testing
of applications using Teradata for various projects catering to the
business needs of different division/departments within CCR. This
also includes documenting the application and handing over same to
the support team for further on-going support.

i-Perform:
This application is used by the Field Service Organization.
Implement performance metrics and tracking for CCR Field Service for
fountain install and service as well as bottle/can service. This
includes the current CCR Direct Service organization.
Track performance metrics to manage technician and supervisor
performance, measure ability to meet customer commitments, and
manage equipment level information.
Provide visibility of performance metrics and tracking from senior
leadership down to the technician level
Track performance metrics to manage call dispatch performance
Converge to single set of CCR Reactive Service and Scheduled Service

Extracts are created using Teradata utilities from the Information
Data Warehouse which is sent to MERCED Systems daily via secure ftp.
This data is then loaded into the Service Performance Management
system which is tool used to present the data.
Hansen:
This application provides extracts for the Supplier Reporting System
which is a service provide by VIP (Vermont Information Processing).
This application extracts Sales data / Outlet Data / Item-Cross
Reference data for Hansen products which is provided on a daily
basis to VIP. An interface is also provided for any newer addition
of Hansen brands and products. The Supplier Reporting System is used
by the users at Hansen which provides them information on the sales
figures for the various Hansen brands based on regions / divisions.
NA Product Locator:
This is a web-based application which provides the Customer Care
call center the ability to find where a Coca-Cola product is sold or
served in NA (Food service and Bottle Can). Teradata provides weekly
extracts related to the availability of products based on the sales
data which is collected daily in the Teradata Data Warehouse.
Equipment Dashboard:
This application provides the decision makers with the ability to
track the performance of the various equipments in the system. These
could be Fountains / Coolers/ Vending machines etc. It provides
information on the asset utilization, volume per equipment in the
form of graphs. Teradata pulls the equipment data on a weekly basis
from the OPS system at KO. All the computations are then done in
Teradata and the summarized information is provide to business
objects through views.
End-To-End Onboarding:
The purpose of this application is to provide an On-boarding Status
Dashboard (OSD) for new outlets for all market types and all service
methods in the U.S. and potentially Canada. This dashboard serves
as a central repository of indicators that will inform the Market
Development Manager (MDM) in the FSOP channel or the Account Manager
(AM) in the retail channel when a new customer is ready for their
first order to be placed by the MDM
