appropriate action required. Coordinates travel/international travel, schedules, preparing

Prepared Vinnet expense reports, coordinated mail/emails, messages, reports and correspondence to

determine appropriate action required, ordered office supplies. Handled highly confidential information.

Coordinated travel/international travel, schedules, meeting/events, prioritized requests, preparing

presentations, etc. Interacted with all levels of executives on a global basis. Worked independently

and proactively with very little to no supervision and responsible for own decision making.

Also supported three other O&I management positions. For six months supported the Director of H.R.

and at times the Head Legal Counsel (9 months) in setting up meetings, calendar scheduling,
