Position: Senior Corporate Process Engineer
•Designed and developed new products (60% of engineering activity in R&D) including disposable,
reusable and electromechanical devices.
•Designed improvements to existing products.
•Developed sustainable manufacturing processes for new products and expedited processes for
existing products.
•Generated test protocols, supervised validation procedures and generated reports for
product/equipment validation (equipment verification).
•Solely in charge of preparation, execution and documentation of variety of department moves from
building to building as the company grew (including clean rooms), validating all equipment,
calibration, testing.
•Created of the test plan, and with clinical development dept. established device limitations and
their acceptance criteria via control plans.
•Provided capacity study, recommended, and presented a plan for the Form/Fill/Seal equipment to
the senior staff management, resulted in purchasing very first F/F/S equipment, which was soon
followed by two more larger units.
•Was responsible for ensuring company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company
regulations, policies and procedures. Worked with local environmental authorities to obtain Waste
Water Discharge permit. Worked with SOCWA (South Orange County Wastewater Authority) on
monitoring the facilities to comply with all regulations.
•Was responsible for all in house passivation needs. Validated the first system, recently added
another two systems, one to add capacity to passivate stainless steel parts and devices, the
second to clean aluminum parts in house. Well established and documented process using
environmentally friendly chemical – Citric Acid.
•Transferred processes from outside to in house:
•Developed and documented in house automated laser welding of Scope Warmer Bottle replacing
expensive Electron Beam welding done by outside vendor (including the equipment selection,
purchase, retrofitting from class 4 to class 1 laser, and automation).
•Aluminum parts cleaning. Including engineering study, functional testing, artificial aging, equipment
identification, and purchase and process/equipment validation.
•Manufacturing of variety of reusable devices.
•Pad printing on plastic devices.
•And recently initiated heat treatment in house project. Identifying equipment for H900 and H950 H.T.
processes as well as for variety of steels for the mold shop.
•Worked on new mold designs to increase productivity, improve product quality with no or minimum
de flashing and gate remnants.
•Converted all product drawings into Solid Works PDM.
•GD&T and SPC expert. Strong analytical and statistical skills to monitor and control processes
ensuring their operations are at its full potential to produce conforming product. Whether using just
a pencil and paper or SPC Software’s.

Created business plan presented to investors resulting in an infusion of $20M of working capital
and subsequently managed the design, lease and building of a new R&D plant, including
manufacturing equipment and clean rooms, for pre production of 1 CRT Flat Panel Display unit/day
in <12 months meeting all regulatory compliance requirements.

Position: Senior Engineer
•Major project: converted Conventional Abrasive Technology into Superabrasives using Vit.
Diamond and CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) wheels dramatically increasing productivity and reducing
cost.
•Electrochemical Grinding.
•Developed structural epoxies for Aluminum parts to match TEC and curve linearity for operating
temperatures up to 180 C.
•Designed various Tooling, Jigs and Fixtures, utilizing various CAD systems (SolidWorks, AutoCad,
Anvil, and ProE).
•Member of new product development design review board for machining, assembly, quality
inspection, and tooling jigs and fixtures.
