DUTIES:
Repairs to metal working equipment,such as bandsaws,lathes,shears,tri-rollers,punchers
and,expanders.
Experience:
Responsible for troubleshooting electrical,motor control and, mechanical problems which may
include,replacing faulty switches,relays,limit switches,breakers,motor
brakes,contactors,motors,etc.
Worked on hydraulic presses and pumps,rebuilt intensifier pumps for flow waterjet, blade
replacements on shears.Did all P.M. And kept monthly documentation.Documented all repairs on

prices.Documented part numbers and did purchasing.Worked with venders for possible
upgrades to machines if cost effective and more productive.
Maintained all company permits which include: paint booth,air compressors,waterjet,business

Worked on vari-drive units/belt replacements/worn pulleys and, motor replacements.
Maintained records for FROG ENVIORMENTAL SERVICES.
Was head of safety program,did monthly walk-through inspections through each
department.Held monthly safety meetings with dept. leads.

At DESIGN WEST TECHNOLOGIES,I was responsible for doing all the routine and
preventative maintenance on the machines.I worked with various machines,including ejection
molding machines,mills and lathes.Having such an important role in the daily procedures of the
business,I kept numerous records of all maintenance procedures in a log book and on
computer.the log books were continually used for up-to-date ISO 9001:2000 certification.I also
ordered parts from various sources,always finding the best price and shipping time.Some of my
other responsibilities at DWT were to build and test “FIRST ARTICAL” government projects.In
doing so,I would work with government project inspectors to insure safety and quality.I would
help get the project certified and then move them into production.
TECHNO-COATINGS POSITION: MAINT.TECH. OCT.2001/FEB.2008
At techno-coatings,I was responsible for maintaining all of the machinery.I worked with and
maintained all underground augers for the blast booth,maintained the electrical system from
110v to 420v single and three phase.I was also responsible for keeping the blast booth,paint
guns,and spray pumps in good working order to ensure safety.I ordered parts and supplies for
the company,always compiling information to get the best price and shipping time.

2001
At hightower metal products,I was promoted to supervisor within one year of being hired.As
supervisor,it was my responsibility to maintain all punch presses,hand out work
assignments,order all parts that were used to keep the various presses operating in optimal
conditions.I also aided with electrical and mechanical issues as they came up with the machinery.
