Re: Position: Executive Level Management – Progressive Organization.
To Whom It May Concern:
I wish to submit my resume for the position of Executive Level Management –
Progressive Organization. I am enclosing a copy of my resume, which details my
strengths and experience in areas of program design and budget analysis,
communications, interpersonal and team-building skills, community development,
legislation interpretation, administrative accountability, strategic planning, proposal
writing, policy development and decision-making skills. The skills gained through
supervision of staff, levels ranging from 5 – 50, will assist me in this position.
My experience working at the Pine Tree Native Centre of Brant, as the Aboriginal
Healing and Wellness Coordinator/Programs Director, and as the Acting CEO for the
Pine Tree Native Centre and Six Nations Community Development Trust, has placed me
in contact with a number of individuals who have accessed community-based programs
as well as sensitive managerial, financial and human resources situations. Coupled with
my experience sitting on the Six Nations Elected Band Council, where among my
portfolios were Health, Social Services, Recreation, Finance, Economic Development,
Justice Initiatives, Six Nations Election Code Development and Intergovernmental
Affairs and my communication capabilities will only assist me during my tenure within
this position. In addition, my consulting work with mental health, administration,
community development and governance/development of Boards of Directors in Toronto,
Hamilton, and Six Nations Reserve will be of great assistance. The experience I have
gained in developing policies and procedures while working for community base
businesses and organizations will only benefit everyone involved.

creating marketing and media plans and investment management will assist me in
