Experience SODEXO at INKSTER PUBLIC SCHOOLS Jan. July 2011

Grant Coordinator

Developed and implemented a full comprehensive, and innovative plan for the FFVP (Fresh Fruit and Vegetable

Program, Federal Grant) that exposed Elementary education students to healthier eating alternatives.

Successfully managed, and utilized a budget of $50,000.

Responsible for the completion of daily checks and balances of Sodexo’s revenue, and daily deposits at

Inkster Public School district (1.4 million in volume).

Successfully planned, managed, and staffed two National Sodexo promotions three months ahead of the

templates forecasted dates –A to Z Salad Bar, Future Chefs.

Launched/moderated Nutrition Advisory Committee that focused on strengthening nutrition policies to

enrich the overall student experience.

Assisted GM in the following areas: Product purchasing, Menu Planning, Marketing (on point signage),

and safety.
