Responsible for planning and organizing ten day Annual event with multiple venues. Negotiated hotel

contracts with Geneva Ridge Resort, The Inns of Geneva National, AmericInn of Delevan, contract with

city of Fontana Beach for water event. Events included dinners, meetings, auctions, vendors, multiple

canine events, lectures and training, judge contracts, equipment contracts, hotel contracts. Events held in

Lake Geneva, Wisconsin September 28- October 6, 2012. Financials closed in December. Reviewed

as one of the organizations finest events.

Director of human resources, Duncan systems Inc, Elkhart In, April 2004 – October 2011

Responsible for all Human Resources, Safety and Environmental functions. Wrote and implemented

employee handbook, policies and procedures manual, training programs for Safety and HR compliance,

hiring, Management Training and enrichment. Strategjc Planning Partner. I investigated and responded

to any employee claims, Plant Audits, drills or safety concerns. I was responsible for Employee Benefit

selection and implementation, and developed a unique program that the TPA called the Duncan Systems

plan, when introduced at other companies. Worked 3 days per week with on call responsibilities and full

benefits.

Started in chassis procurement and purchasing/bills of material for motor home manufacturing line,

computer set up, named Director of Participative Management during several years of company-wide

employee participation training, then Human Resources Director, and then named Vice President of

Human Resources in 2000. Responsible for Implementing HR and Safety from ground zero into the

organization, and managing team of 10 in HR and Safety Dept. with 1200 employees in multiple locations.

Relieved foremen of hiring and transferred to Human Resources Department, Company wide liaison

between management and employees, wrote handbook, policies and procedures for organization. All

benefit administration, safety and environmental programs and reporting. Managed all legal employment

decisions and kept company claim free by creating an environment where people were treated with
