Express Scripts - Integration Project Manager

September 2012 to November 2012

Responsible for Client Data Exchange migration from Express Scripts "West"

to Legacy "East" (Medco) systems and infrastructure. Project entails

migration of historical client data, client business rules, and porting a

business user interface to facilitate client set-up and ongoing system

maintenance. The current project budget is approximately $10MM dollars,

using local and off-site resources, including on shore subject matter

experts, as well as off-shore Business Analysts and Developers across

multiple functional areas.

General responsibilities:

. Creating Project Plans and gaining alignment among cross-functional

stakeholders

. Maintaining Project Status Reports, Risk and Issue logs to Executive

Leadership

. Creating phase funding request documents, and tacking actual spend versus

Served as a VP for the Professional Services Implementation team,

business intelligence solutions to Consumer Package Goods (CPG) and OTC
